Return & Store Policies

At the Famous Furniture Outlet, we want to make your shopping experience as
smooth and enjoyable as possible! Please take a moment to review our policies
below. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.

Terms of Sales

Before completing a purchase, please double-check your order details,
including product specifications and delivery information. Prices and availability
may change without notice. While we do our best to ensure accuracy, we
reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock
limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives upon delivery with damage or
defects, please contact us before the delivery team leaves your home. We may
request photos for verification and will work quickly to find a solution.
Exchanges: Items cannot be returned once they are picked up or delivered. We
do not offer trial periods or exchanges on purchases.

Delivery & Pickup

We partner with JJ Global Solutions for deliveries within their service area.
Delivery fees depend on your location, order size, and requested services.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect your order at the time
of delivery. If a delivery is missed, a rescheduling fee will apply.
Oversized Items & Returns at Delivery: If an item is too large to fit through an
entryway, it may be returned at the time of delivery with prior approval from our
customer service team at (651) 350-7178. A $45 return fee will apply.
Merchandise cannot be returned once it is delivered. If you choose a
replacement item, a new delivery fee will be charged.
Pickup: You can pick up your items from our store during business hours, up
until two hours before closing. If you choose to transport items yourself, you do
so at your own risk. The Famous Furniture Outlet is not responsible for any
damages once merchandise leaves our dock. Merchandise cannot be returned
once it is picked up.

Warranty Information

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. For specific
coverage details, please refer to the product information or contact us.
Manufacturer warranties may apply to select products.
We also offer accidental protection plans at an additional cost.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this
window, cancellations may not be possible, especially for special orders. If your
order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. All
canceled orders are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%.

Payment & Pricing

We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
Prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes, delivery fees, or other
applicable charges.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy matters to us! We do not share or sell your personal information. All
payment transactions are processed securely, and we take extra precautions to
protect your data.
