We are committed to your satisfaction - Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

Defective Products - Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, please notify the delivery driver and call the store before the delivery truck leaves your premises. To keep our costs low, we offer delivery through a third-party delivery company.

Damaged Products - All our shipments are 100% insured. Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to you. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, please notify the delivery driver and call the store before the delivery truck leaves your premises.

In Summary - For The Famous Furniture Outlet to be able to buy factory overstocks, one-of-a-kinds, factory sell outs and design prototypes at discounted prices and pass the savings on to its customers, we do not offer trial period exchanges or cancellations on purchases.

 

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

 

Shipping & Handling Costs

Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.

Please Note:Out-of-state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 7.875% sales tax.

 

Customer Pick Up

You are solely responsible for the safe loading and transportation of your merchandise, including, but not limited to, providing your own blankets, furniture pads, rope, straps and related supplies. For insurance purposes, The Famous Furniture Outlet cannot assist you in securing or tying down any merchandise onto your vehicle. Manufacturing defects and damages must be reported to the Famous Furniture Outlet’s store manager at the time of pick up.

 

Warranty Information

Product warranties vary by manufacturer. Products purchased from us typically come with at least a one-year manufacturer warranty. If the need arises, we will gladly support and assist you with any warranty claims if the manufacturer provides you with such. We will ask for pictures to complete and ensure this process goes as smoothly as possible.

When merchandise is bought “As-Is”, a manufacturer’s warranty does not apply. Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover transportation costs. Please refer to any manufacturer’s documentation pertaining to their warranty, care instructions and terms of use.

 

Looking for a Longer Warranty?

We offer an additional five-year extended warranty through Montage Furniture Services. This extended warranty covers power reclining components, cushions, damage, stains, and much more.
